THE COMEDIAN HAS DENIED CHARGES FACED 10:15, 31 May 2025 Comedian and actor Russell Brand has appeared in court over alleged rape and sexual assault charges. The 49-year-old was flanked by
two officers as he appeared in the dock at Southwark Crown Court on Friday, May 30. Brand stood stock-still and looked straight ahead as he entered his not guilty pleas. Arriving at court,
Brand held a book in his hand and looked straight ahead without taking questions from reporters. As the hearing finished, he replaced his sunglasses before exiting the dock and calmly
walking past reporters. Brand is accused of raping a woman in a hotel room while she attended a Labour Party conference in Bournemouth. Article continues below The defendant is also alleged
to have grabbed a TV worker's breasts and raped her after dragging her into a male toilet. Further charges allege Brand grabbed a radio station worker’s face, pushed her against a wall
and kissed her before groping her. The actor is also alleged to have indecently assaulted another woman after grabbing her forearm and attempting to drag her into a male toilet. _YOU CAN

Buckinghamshire, denied rape, indecent assault and oral rape, as well as two counts of sexual assault He is due to stand trial on June 3 next year at the same court. Brand was granted
