Where are the opportunities outside the United States and what is the best strategy for investors who want to put their money outside the country? David Winters, CEO of Wintergreen Advisers,
shared his ideas. “You want a business with good or improving economics, you want a management that is working with you as a shareholder, and then an attractive price,” Winters told CNBC.
“And even after the run-up, there are a lot of stocks that are cheap.” Winters said U.S. investors should increase their exposure to markets outside the country. “We have a mature economy
