Appaloosa Management founder David Tepper, who was "constructive" on U.S. Treasuries, the U.S. market and the Japanese market. "So, hedge fund managers, he said, should short
the S&P at their peril," Weiss said. Brown didn't buy the bull case. "The statistics do not favor huge, long-side entries here, given where we are seasonally and given
