Searches for a man who vanished nearly two years ago are under way in Coventry. Police have been deployed in the city this weekend in a bid to find Stefan Watkins, who mysteriously
disappeared in 2023. Mr Watkins, from Warwick, was reported missing on May 23, 2023. Officers investigating his disappearance said the then 47-year-old was last seen on May 6, 2023, the day
of King Charles' Coronation. But Det Insp Gareth Unett, from Warwickshire Police, has said that Mr Watkins may have been seen the following day, Sunday, May 7, 2023, in Coventry.
Detectives have established that there was a reported sighting of him at around 1.30am at the junction of Vauxhall Street and Berry Street in Hillfields. READ MORE: CCTV OF THEFT GANG ISSUED

around 6ft tall with blue eyes and short hair, Warwickshire Police said. Det Insp Gareth Unett said they are continuing enquiries to find Mr Watkins. He said yesterday (January 31) that

Stefan and remain open-minded as to what may have happened to him. Unfortunately, our main line of enquiry is that he may have come to harm, and we would welcome any information that might
