A change has been made to a HMO plan for a Post Office branch in Nuneaton. Initially plans were revealed for a 15-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) within changes set to be made 212
Higham Lane - which is Higham Lane Food and Wine and includes the Post Office. But now a new application has been submitted to the Town Hall. It still asks for permission to make extensions
and a partial change of use of the ground floor shop. However, the number of bedrooms in the HMO has been reduced from 15 to 13, per bedrooms. The application also states that the original
parking arrangement has been reconfigured and new proposed cycle storage added. READ MORE: POLICE RELEASE PICTURE OF MEN WANTED OVER NUNEATON ATTEMPTED MURDER READ MORE: MOTORCYCLIST DIES IN
