A four vehicle collision on the M40 has led to a lane closure and miles of congestion. National Highways West Midlands has reported that emergency services are on the scene on the M40
northbound between junction 12 and junction 13. Lane 3 of 3 is currently closed for emergency services staff at the accident scene. As a result, there are reportedly delays of 45 minutes.
