gorgeous throwback snap of herself oceanside in a two-piece bikini. The WAG - who has been married to footballer John Terry for over 13 years - looked incredible as she strolled through the
sand with her toned abs on full display. Toni, 39, explained that the UK's sunny spell had inspired her post, captioning the photo: 'Sunny mornings making me dream of beach
days.' With her sandy blonde hair blowing in the ocean breeze and her vision protected by a pair of chic sunglasses, the doting mother-of-two looked nothing less than sensational in the
picture. Toni works hard to maintain her enviable figure, and in January, gave fans a glimpse of her at her home workout regime. Revealing she stays in shape with bicycle crunches, toe
touches and leg raises, Toni put her 350,000 followers through their paces as she performed a series of challenging workout moves for the camera. The star is also a keen equestrian, and
often shares photos of herself in the saddle. Toni's equestrian lifestyle also contributes to her lean physique, with the high-adrenaline activity working the rider's arms, legs
and core - making it a full-body workout. In December, Toni shared a slew of throwback snaps of her 'gorgeous' husband to mark his 40th birthday. She wrote: 'Happy Birthday Mr
T You're such a gorgeous person inside and out! You have the biggest heart and we just love you so much. 'Thank you for being you! Have the best birthday baby @johnterry.26. We
love you millions.' Terry and John share two children together - their twins Georgie and Summer, both 14.
