THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ON MEIKLE EARNOCK ROAD IN THE EARLY HOURS OF SUNDAY, JUNE 1 11:52, 02 Jun 2025 A pedestrian has died following a crash on a Hamilton street in the early hours of Sunday
morning. The 43-year-old man died after the incident on Meikle Earnock Road at around 12.35am on Sunday, June 1, involving the pedestrian and a silver Skoda Octavia. Road policing officers

a short time later. His next of kin are aware. The driver was uninjured. The road was closed to allow for crash investigation work and re-opened around 8am on Sunday morning. Article

circumstances, and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us. “We also ask anyone driving in the area at the time to check if they have dash-cam footage that can help
