THE NEW VENUE WILL OPEN IN BATHGATE TOWN CENTRE LATER THIS SUMMER 12:30, 30 May 2025 A popular diner chain with two capital city eateries is expanding into West Lothian. Hollywood Burgers
and Shakes already with two venues Edinburgh, and is now set to launch its first site outwith the city. The new diner will open in Bathgate town centre later this summer. It’s expected that
at least half-a-dozen jobs will be created by the company’s expansion plan. Hollywood Burgers and Shakes serves up a selection of smash burgers and milkshakes and opened its first diner on
Dalry Road, Edinburgh in 2022, with a second diner following in Musselburgh a year ago. Article continues below The new addition to the Bathgate hospitality scene will be based in a former
insurance brokers office located in Mid Street. It will offer the same extensive selection of delicious burgers and shakes it has become renowned for in the past three years. Work is already
underway transforming the premises and the diner will offer sit-in, collection and takeaway options. Owner Mohammed Shoaib said: “We have been thinking of opening outside of Edinburgh for
some time now and are excited by our plans for West Lothian. Article continues below “The new diner will be situated in the middle of Bathgate and will offer something new and exciting to
