shares their knowledge on TikTok as @tycotech. ca, many users neglect to adjust their settings when setting up their phone, leaving background apps to refresh indefinitely. This, they claim,
can waste battery life, especially for apps that are rarely used. In a video, they shared: "Apple doesn't want you to know this-because it can save your battery big time! Your
battery will last way longer-and your iPhone will feel brand new!" To rectify this, the expert advises: "Go to Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri - disable all 5 suggestion
options." Next, they recommend navigating to Accessibility > Motion and enabling Reduce Motion and Crossfade Transitions. Finally, they suggest going to Settings > General >
Background App Refresh, tapping the first option, and turning it off. While some users expressed gratitude for the battery-saving tips, others were skeptical about the approach. Article

those things not just background." Another user expressed gratitude, saying: "Incredible information. Thanks a lot for sharing." A different individual cautioned:
"Don't do it guys, makes your iPhone less functional." Lastly, someone warned: "Please don't try l nearly spoiled my phone." Apple provides various strategies
to help prolong your iPhone's battery life and delay the need for replacement. The company advises: "There are two simple ways you can preserve battery life - no matter how you use
your device: adjust your screen brightness and use Wi‐Fi." They recommend: "Dim the screen or turn on Auto-Brightness to extend battery life. "To conserve energy and save
