EXCLUSIVE: YASMINA KHAN HAS WORKED HARD TO MAKE IT TO THE TOP OF THE UK'S ADULT SCENE, BUT HER JOURNEY HAS BEEN FILLED WITH PAIN THANKS TO A TRIO OF MEDICAL ISSUES 12:00, 15 Feb

2025Updated 12:35, 15 Feb 2025 One of the UK's top adult stars has opened up about a medical condition leaving her in severe pain after – and during – almost every adult shoot. Yasmina

Khan – also know as the Bengali Goddess – has become one of the UK's top stars in recent years. But a few months ago she admitted on her Instagram that she suffers from several health

conditions, leaving her in serious pain during shoots. When asked by a fan if she “enjoys” taking part in adult content of if she ever “feels pain,” she wrote: “I have a tilted cervix and a

condition called adenomyosis, which causes me pain during sex like 80% of the time and I can't do anything to prevent it unfortunately. It's annoying because I do enjoy it but then

the pain is like holaaaa.” And sitting down with the Daily Star to talk more about it, she explained when the issues first became a problem in a chat which can be seen in full on our

YouTube channel. She said: “I got diagnosed with endometriosis about four or five years ago. It causes abdominal pain, low moods and bloating. I've had issues in that area all my life,

and I started my period really young at around the age of nine or 10 which is crazy. “I was always in pain, but the doctors and my mum told me to deal with it not knowing I had an issue, but

five years ago I had keyhole surgery to see what was going on down there and that's when they found the endometriosis. “They brunt it during the surgery, but it always comes back...and

a few months later I felt so much worse, started getting ovarian cysts, and every time I started having sex I'd be in pain, during and after, and they (the doctors) said there was

nothing they could do.” Last year, Yasmina had another surgery which uncovered the adenomyosis and tilted cervix. Adenomyosis is a condition where the lining of the uterus grows into the

muscle wall of the uterus, which is different from endometriosis where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other places, such as the ovaries or fallopian tubes. According to

the NHS, symptoms of adenomyosis include: painful periods * heavy bleeding during your period * pelvic pain (pain in the lower part of your tummy) * bloating, heaviness or fullness in your

tummy (abdomen) * pain during sex She continued: “The doctors told me 'you're not dying, you're fine' – but I'm not fine. Every single day I'm in pain, every

time I have sex I'm in pain. Sometimes it's fine, some times I'm in agony. “I'm in the worst job possible, but it's something I love to do. I have sex in my personal

life anyway, so if I'm having it there, why not do it for work as well if it's going to pay me regardless. “I haven't had sex off camera for along time – I'm always

working and broke up with my boyfriend last year, and for me to want to have sex with someone else, I need to feel that connection. The first collab I did this year was with Danny D, and we

did two scenes in a day and I was in agony, so much pain. “I did the job and went home and was in so much pain...I'm just a really good actress that I can hide that during a shoot. I

can be enjoying it so much and then bam, it hits you.” Yasmina went on to describe times she has been forced to stop shooting when the pain has become too much to handle – leaving her

shaking – and praised the industry and colleagues for the way they handle her and her medical needs. She added: “I have cut a shoot twice because of the pain where I was in so much agony I

thought I was going to die. I was shaking, having cold sweats and felt sick – my body was going through a lot of trauma and it was unbearable." Article continues below The full in-depth
