EXCLUSIVE: MOLLY-MAE'S SISTER ZOE HAGUE SHOCKED THE INTERNET WITH HER ADVERSE REACTION TO BOTOX, THAT LEFT HER WITH A DROOPY EYE. NOW ANOTHER ONE HAS BRAVELY SHARED HER OWN EXPERIENCE
ON THE MATTER 12:15, 29 May 2025Updated 12:16, 29 May 2025 Molly-Mae's sister Zoe Hague revealed her nightmare reaction to Botox - but she's not the only one to fall victim to
horror side effects. The content creator, 28, took to YouTube to show her own large fanbase the result of the popular cosmetic procedure, which has now left her "hiding" behind
sunglasses. Zoe, who is the older sister to the Love Islander, was on the verge of tears at the aftermath of the face injectables. She took her shades off to unveil her droopy eye, which is
caused by something called ptosis. According to the NHS, it can occur if Botox passes into other tissues that are close to the eye muscles. Holding back the tears of the, hopefully,
temporary situation, Zoe said: "I hold my hands up. I said I wasn't gonna do it again. I was really just gonna rock the forehead lines, but I didn't. I wanted to try Botox
again and you won't believe my luck. Honestly, I could weep. Less said about that the better." But, Zoe is not alone with her bodged Botox face. Carla Bellucci,42, from
Hertfordshire, is all too familiar at the nasty risks of injecting your face in the name of beauty. The mum-of-four, known as 'Britain's Most Hated Woman', decided to get a
Botox top up before her wedding. But, it nearly ruined her happily ever after. Candidly speaking to Daily Star, Carla explained: "I needed a little help to keep looking fresh god knows
why her sister needs it at such a young age. "I just hate my frown lines that was main reason and it’s so much pressure to keep looking young in this bloody industry, trolls make you
insecure. "It was the biggest mistake of my life. I got it done three weeks before my wedding - I was cheap and I got cheap...never again! I now go back to my original lady and I pay
good money it's worth every pound." Carla believes her issue with Botox arose after snapping up a cheap deal, something many other people have experienced recently with the uptick
in popularity of the toxin praised for keeping wrinkles at bay. In a bombshell 2023 report, it was revealed in research by boffins at the University College London that nearly four in five
Brits, who received anti-aging injections, have suffered from adverse side effects. Some of this has been put down to the unregulated Botox industry, where the unlicensed and untrained can
freely inject peoples faces. And, other effects could just be down to the fact people are injecting a literal paralysing toxin into their faces in the name of beauty. It's not known
what clinic Zoe went to, but she revealed she had Botox before and received the same reaction - despite doing her 'research'. It proved not to only be physically painful for Carla,
but emotionally distressing just weeks before her wedding too. Luckily, the reaction went down before her big day - but took months for her face to go back to normal. "My whole face on
one side was paralysed and it was so uncomfortable," Carla continued. "It was pure panic! I looked deformed, my whole side of my face collapsed and my eye area was worse then
ever. I scared everyone! I panicked in case it stayed like it, it was the worst time of my life and I couldn’t go out. "I had to let it wear off thank god after two weeks my eye opened
a bit took a good few months but every week it wore off a little I had to keep massaging it." Carla is now warning fellow women - particularly those who are younger - to be incredibly
cautious about Botox and the effect it can have on your physical and mental state. There has been several campaigns in the last couple of years to push for those administering cosmetic
procedures, like Botox, to have a UK Board Certification to help fight bodged jobs. However, there is still no current legislation around this. Article continues below Carla warned: "If
you're going to do it, do your research! You don't realise how dangerous it could be. You are putting toxin in your face and into your muscles. You have to go to the right person
and make sure you look into who your going to. "All I see is young girls turning themselves into monsters. It’s so scary what are these young girls going to look like at 30 and men hate
it - they hate the frozen sausage face. "I don’t know why they think it’s attractive, I would say if you're under 40 why bother!"
