BROOKLYN BECKHAM'S TEAM HAVE BROKEN THEIR SILENCE ON THE FAMILY FEUD BY REVEALING THE REASON BEHIND THE NAME OF HIS HOT SAUCE BRAND CLOUD23, WHICH IS A NOD TO HIS DAD DAVID 07:29, 30

May 2025Updated 07:50, 30 May 2025 Brooklyn Beckham's squad has given a "warm nod" to his dad David, which may be a beacon of hope during the family's ongoing tiff, which

has seen Brooklyn seemingly avoiding his parents. The budding chef kicked off his hot sauce venture Cloud23 last year and invites customers to get in touch via the open channel on its

website. They've since answered a fan's query about the brand's name on their site. The reply on the website explains that Brooklyn picked the number "23" as a

tribute to his old man, who donned the number at Real Madrid and LA Galaxy. Becks racked up more than 100 caps for the Spanish club across four years, scoring 13 goals in that time.

"The 23 included in our brand is a warm nod to Brooklyn's father, David Beckham, who wore number 23 while playing for Real Madrid and LA Galaxy, inspired by NBA legend Michael

Jordan," responded Brooklyn's crew. Social media users have been buzzing about the gesture, which has been consistent since Brooklyn launched the brand last autumn. One fan hailed

it as "a warm nod" to David, while another dubbed it "a tentative sign of peace" amidst the rumoured family feud, reports the Mirror. The drama kicked off when Brooklyn,

26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, swerved David's birthday bash in Notting Hill, London. The tension's reportedly got mum Victoria, 51, upset, with sleepless nights on the cards

recently. Article continues below But the fond message on the Cloud23 website suggests Brooklyn, who once trained at Arsenal FC Academy as a youngster, hasn't completely cut the cord

with his famous folks. The shout-out pays homage to David's iconic numeral linkage, which he sported at both LA Galaxy and Real Madrid. The midfield maestro racked up 98 caps for the US

outfit during a memorable half-decade stint, bowing out in 2012. Reminiscing about his youthful days in the UK, Brooklyn recounted to InStyle last year: "I had a crazy childhood, man.

I was so happy. "It was hectic because my dad played football and my mum was a Spice Girl. Spice Girls was the first few years of my life, so it was hectic. "We were always doing

something. But, I have the best mum and dad in the world and it was a lot of fun." Article continues below Further news this week revealed that Posh Spice herself, Victoria, was

particularly tight with Brooklyn during his growing years. A source disclosed that the fashion mogul from Harlow, Essex "really relied on Brooklyn". They added: "He was the

man of the house and he very much lived up to that while David was away and I think at the time they were having difficulties in their marriage. They had moved back to London, David was away

and Brooklyn was a real rock for her." WANT ALL THE BIGGEST SHOWBIZ AND TV NEWS STRAIGHT TO YOUR INBOX? SIGN UP FOR OUR FREE DAILY STAR SHOWBIZ NEWSLETTER.
