The Marrakech International Film Festival has unveiled a high-powered in conversations program for its upcoming 21st edition gathering 18 leading directors, actors, scriptwriters, and
producers. They include U.S. director and screenwriter Ava Du Vernay (_Origin_, _13th_), French Oscar winner Justine Triet (_Anatomy of a Fall_) and U.S director Tim Burton, who is currently
riding high on the success of _Beetlejuice Beetlejuice_. Speakers also include Walter Salles and Mohammed Rasoulof who are in the middle of buzzy Oscars campaigns for their Best
International Feature Film contenders _I’m Still Here_ and_ The Seed Of The Sacred Fig_. Canadian director and screenwriter David Cronenberg and U.S. actor director Sean Penn, who are being

Abderrahmane Sissako. Moroccan filmmakers Alaa Eddine Aljem, Yasmine Benkiran, Ismaël El Iraki, and Kamal Lazraq will be in conversation about their first films. The Marrakech International
Film Festival runs from November 29 to December 7.
