Sri Lanka’s sports minister, Dayasiri Jaysekera has reportedly extended a special invitation to Virushka Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married in December last year after dating for
over four years and have been giving relationship goals ever since. While they both have hectic schedules to keep up with, the love birds leave no chance to make the most of their time
whenever they get together. Now it seems the couple might head to Sri Lanka for a vacation and spend some quality time together. And guess what, they are cordially being invited to do so.
Apparently, Sri Lanka’s sports minister, Dayasiri Jaysekera is an ardent fan of team India’s captain, Virat and had specially come to see his batting during India’s second Test in August
last year. Now he wants Virat to come holiday in the island nation. Talking about it, he told Deccan Chronicle, ‘’I am not inviting Kohli to play, but I want him to spend a few days here
with his wife, Anushka Sharma. After his marriage, he has not visited this country. The couple can be guests of this nation. There are several good places to see here.’’ Last year too,
Virushka, as the couple is fondly called, had visited Sri Lanka to spend some quality time together and pictures of the couple from their trip had gone viral on social media. Meanwhile,
Virat and Anushka have moved to their new apartment in Mumbai recently after their marriage.
