It's the time for controversies, cat fights, rapid fire rounds with _Koffee With Karan _returning in it's fifth season. This season, there are a lot of changes in the format of the
show. KJo has a lot of fun activities planned apart from the rapid fire round and even the set has gotten a makeover. The set is brighter and colourful. There's also a wall of fame
with pictures of guests of the previous seasons. There are two separate entrances, one for the host, and the other for the guests.Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt are going to be the first
guests on the show. DNA After Hrs got a sneak peek of how the set looks like. Here's what we thought... NO LIE DETECTOR The signature lie detector that beeped everytime Karan caught his
guests lying is missing in action in the fifth season but we have been promised a lot of surprises that will make you forget about the lie detector. DECOR AND AMBIENCE The set has gone
through a major makeover. There is also an open garden behind the couch where the celebs will be seated with raindrop shaped lights. KARAN JOHAR'S MAKEOVER In the _Ae Dil Hai
__Mushkil_'s director's words,"It’s me, my face, I am botoxed, I put collagen up there, I have adjusted my nose, I have done what everyone does in my industry, so that is one
of the things." Expect to see a brand new Karan Johar this season. NEW TWIST TO THE RAPID FIRE ROUND The director declares that the old rapid fire round comes with a twist this season.
He says,"Well, there will be some fun coming up in the rapid fire round, there will actually be some additional add-ons, because nothing really changes in this show as you know because
you don’t allow new celebrities to walk into the industry so pretty much the same people, different combinations, fortunately everyone is a new lover, a new enemy and a new controversy to
talk about." Did we just hear new combination of guests in the show? THE COFFEE CUP IS NOT RED For the last four seasons, the coffee cup was always red but this time, the cup is yellow
and it's one of the major changes this season.
