Claim to have sent a notice to the actor for not promoting their upcoming film. Producers Pramod Sharma and Manoj Rastogi claim to have filed a case in the High Court and also claim to have

served a notice to actor Sharman Joshi, who is starring in their film 3 Bachelors. The film is slated to release this week. Apparently, Sharman is not only keeping himself away from the film

promotions, but according to the producers “has even accused them of trying to cash in on the success of_ Ferrari Ki Sawaari._” “He has said that we are being opportunists because we are

releasing the film now,” says Manoj Rastogi. While he agrees that Sharman was signed as one of the leads for the film way back in 2002 along with Riya and Raima Sen, he says that the film

itself is not that old. “It had run into some financial problems and got delayed but it’s not old. Moreover, all the necessary payments have been made to Sharman, and he knew that the film

is releasing now. He, on the contrary, is not fulfilling the contractual obligations of promoting the film,” informs Manoj, adding, “If he doesn’t want to promote we are okay with it but he

has no right to defame us or the film.” Despite repeated attempts, Sharman did not respond to our call and messages.
