the group of ministers (GoM) of the Congress-led UPA government, hit back at the Congress. BJP MP Purushottam Rupala and party spokesperson IK Jadeja said that country was headed towards

economic bankruptcy due to weak performance of the Union government. "The people of Gujarat know that the Central government has committed injustice to the state and they give answer in

the all polls," he said. The BJP leaders questioned the need to bring army of three ministers to Gujarat. They said that ministers must have come to give weak explanations, but the

people of the state would not be misled by them; the UPA government has failed on all fronts like health, rural development and deconomic reforms. The Union government has done everything to

put hurdles on the way of development, security and peace provided by the state government, they said.
