Detective Inspector Doug Rossiter said two people remain in custody.
"One is a 29-year-old Moonah man who was arrested on Wednesday afternoon and we also have a 14-year-old female youth who was taken into custody late Tuesday night," Detective Inspector
Rossiter said.
"There are people that we believe were involved in this crime that are still out there.
"Those people know who they are and I strongly encourage them to come forward and speak to police."
Detective Inspector Rossiter could not comment on the relationships of the two in custody to the victim due to the status of the investigation.
