A teenager has been charged with attempted murder in Rotherham. South Yorkshire Police were called to a crash on Fitzwilliam Road on Saturday (May 24) at 4.40pm. A man, 48, was found with
serious injuries believed to have been caused by a vehicle. He was rushed to hospital where he remains in a critical condition. An 18-year-old who has been charged with attempted murder in
relation to the incident. A 30-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion possession of an offensive weapon, in a related incident. He remains in police custody at this time. This
follows the arrest of a 45-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder who has has been bailed pending further enquiries. A 25-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of attempted
murder, but has been released with no further action. Marcin Chroback, 22, of Bawtry Road, Rotherham, has been charged with attempted murder. He appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court
on Friday, May 27, and has been remanded into custody ahead of his appearance at Sheffield Crown Court on June 25. Two men, aged 25 and 27, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an
