The 56-year-old TV presenter, who has clearly been putting some serious time in at the gym, was all smiles as she posed for Fit & Well magazine, in a blue bikini to promote her new
workout DVD. With the help of her personal trainer and zumba guru Maxine Jones - or 'bad ass fitness instructor' as she refers to herself on Twitter - Lorraine has trimmed down
and toned up revealing her dream figure. The Glasgow born beauty posted the picture of her svelte figure with the accompanying caption: "Can't believe at If the age of 56 I'm
be wearing a bikini Ta @MaxAmaZings #livingtothemax" She also tweeted a picture of her and Maxine together in their training gear, still smiling after an intense cardio session.
Lorraine wrote: "Such a good class tonight with @MaxAmaZings - great fun #livingtothemax" On Maxine's website she addresses the pitfalls of a lazy lifestyle, such as being a
mum or being bored of the gym and encourages busy women to really enjoy their exercise regimes. This isn't the first time that Lorraine has stripped down for her adoring public; the TV
personality flaunted her toned figure in the Big Bikini challenge on her show earlier this year. Meanwhile, she's not the only celeb who's been hitting the treadmill hard this
month; Davina McCall, 48, topped heat's fittest female celebrity list posing in some sexy gym snaps. Lorraine also made the top 20, which was voted for by a panel of industry experts,
taking into account training regimes, healthy eating approaches and the celebrities' attitudes to their bodies. Davina posed without the assistance of any air brushing, and Lorraine
looks like she has adopted the same approach.
