Meghan Markle is marrying Prince Harry in a huge, televised wedding on 19 May. Much like Kate Middleton, Meghan will be a stunning bride and is likely to inspire thousands of Britons across

the nation to get fit for the summer. The soon-to-be princess has spoken out about her fitness regime before. The Suits actress said her body is thanks to a particular form of Pilates, which

she first began practising in LA where she is from. Meghan said: “It’s hands down the best thing you could do for your body." Being mentally and physically fit is the key to a healthy,

happy life - and qualified Nutritionist and Naturopath Rhian Stephenson, who is also CEO of Psycle London explains how anyone can achieve this in a few easy steps. VEGAN DURING THE WEEK

Rhian told Express.co.uk: “The science is pretty clear when it comes to nutrition - eating a high quality plant based diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats & protein is the

best way to eat. It keeps your energy up and weight down. “Megan's diet is rich in phytonutrients and high in fibre, which will be key in regulating her metabolism and keeping a lean,

healthy look. “This way of eating will also reduce the amount of empty calories and means she'll be avoiding hormone disruptors like processed meats & packaged foods.” 360 APPROACH

TO HEALTH & FITNESS Megan's “integrated approach” to fitness is incredibly effective and has likely helped hone in her impressively toned body, Rhian said. The CEO explained:

“Through combining complimentary styles of workouts she's tackling cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and emotional balance. “Cardio should be the foundation of all fitness

regimes and will keep her metabolism high, her strength work is targeted and is specifically designed to build a lean, sculpted physique, and her yoga practice will reinforce long, lean

tone, core stability, posture, and keeps her calm and grounded. “Her regime is the perfect blend of exercise that targets body and mind. The best part is, she enjoys it and has found

something that works for her, relieves stress and makes her feel good. “Getting in tune with the emotional benefits of exercise is completely essential for achieving and maintaining any

physical benefits.” CARDIO Meghan tends to run, according to Natalie Walker, Ride Lead at Psycle London, but the Suits star uses cardio as her moving meditation, which is exactly the ethos

of Psycle’s Ride classes. THE TEN MINUTE WORKOUT THAT BURNS OFF THE CALORIES OF A PINT Natalie said: “Psycle gives riders the opportunity to enter a totally unique zone to re-connect to

yourself, riding to the beat and together as a class allows people to get into a state of flow and completely switch off their minds. “Absorbing Psycle’s positive energy mixed with the

inevitable rush of electric endorphins is one of the best ways to improve mood, energy and destress. Riding at high intensities forces you to focus on the breath, which in turn frees the

mind. “Cardio challenges your body and mind. It requires determination and grit, which sky-rockets confidence and mojo.” TOP TIPS TO GET A FIT AND HEALTHY BODY AND MIND * Try to follow a
