properly and, as a results it ends up int he large intestines, causing gas and painful digestion. Another food intolerance to be aware of is wheat and gluten. Gluten is a protein found in
wheat, spelt, barley, and other grains. Moreover, some people may have an egg intolerance, which can lead to bloating or diarrhoea. A food elimination diet is advisable to get to the root of
any bloating issues. This is when the certain foods are withdrawn from the diet for up to six weeks. Then, gradually, a certain food is reintroduced to see if it causes any symptoms.
Luckily, if any food intolerances are identified, there are many options in supermarkets nowadays for lactose-free products and gluten-free food.
