Charles, 71, is travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina before being joined by the Duchess of Cornwall, 72, to visit Cyprus and Jordan. And their diary is packed with about 50 royal

engagements, Clarence House has confirmed. Details about the spring tour were announced earlier this week. Charles will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 17 and 18 to pay his respects in

the 25th anniversary year of the Srebrenica genocide. During the trip he will carry out engagements in Sarajevo and Srebrenica. Charles has previously travelled to the country in 1996 and

2004, and with Camilla in 2007. Charles will be joined by Camilla as he makes his next stop in Cyprus on March 18. It is the first official royal visit to Cyprus since the Queen’s in 1993.

During the trip, Charles and Camilla will recognise the work of the UN Peacekeeping Force and celebrate traditional Cypriot culture. READ MORE: PRINCE CHARLES SNUBS HIS BROTHER PRINCE ANDREW

BY NOT ATTENDING 60TH Charles will join an interfaith discussion on religious freedom and tolerance led by King Abdullah II, while Camilla will see the work of Queen Rania aimed at

protecting vulnerable children and mothers. They will also visit the capital, Amman, tour a unique hillside town once part of the Greek and Roman Decapolis, and travel to the city of Salt.

During the trip, Camilla and Charles will learn what the country is doing to support refugees. There are more than a million refugees in Jordan, the majority from war-torn Syria. Charles has

a warm relationship with the Jordanian royal family, and has visited the country a number of times. He last travelled to Jordan in 2015 and Camilla visited in 2013. It comes after Charles

and Camilla made history last year by becoming the first members of the Royal Family to make an official visit to Cuba. In other royal tours, Prince William and Kate are heading to Ireland

next month. Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry officially end royal duties on March 31. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced plans to step back as senior royals in a bombshell

statement last month. Charles will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 17 and 18, be joined by Camilla in Cyprus from March 18 to 21, and they will be in Jordan together until March 25.
