Through most of their life, Beatrice and Eugenie have often been overshadowed by their cousins, Princes William and Harry, however recently the princesses have come into their own. Back in
2016 royal reporter Catherine Ostler wrote in the Daily Mail that the York sisters felt diminished by the family's attention toward the Cambridges for some time. Ms Ostler wrote:
“Beatrice and Eugenie have been reduced to walk-on parts in royal family life. “It particularly hurt when Kate did solo engagements with the queen during the Diamond Jubilee. They felt
snubbed.” It was reported that their father Prince Andrew became so worried about his daughters’ roles being diminished, that he penned a letter to the Queen asking they be given full-time
royal duties. However, that request was later denied and the sisters have strived to forge their own paths. After Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down, it seemed that the couple
referenced the princesses when they transitioned to non-working royals. “While there is precedent for other titled members of the royal family to seek employment outside of the institution,
for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, a 12-month review period has been put in place,” the statement read Prince Andrew and Prince Charles have also never been close as brothers over the
years. There have been reports of jealously between the pair and Andrew’s recent misconduct has potentially thrown out the possibility that he will be working for the royal family in the
future, royal watchers have claimed. READ MORE:PRINCE WILLIAM FEARS CORONAVIRUS WILL HAVE ‘LASTING REPERCUSSIONS’ “I know what an incredibly challenging time, especially for those living in

helpline is available 24/7, seven days a week. “Please call them with any questions or queries, and we're here to support you. “I’m here to support you. I just want to send you all my
love, and at this really challenging time, I'm with you and I support and thank you." She added. Her sister Eugenie, father Prince Andrew, and mother Sarah Ferguson continue to
isolate at Beatrice’s childhood home of Royal Lodge in Windsor. Sarah paid tribute to her family on Friday to mark International Family Day, as she posted a never before seen picture of the
four of them posing inside their home. She wrote: “On International Family Day... I am so proud of our united loving family." Eugenie has also been involving herself in philanthropic
endeavours, as she recently assisted the Salvation Army alongside her husband Jack Brooksbank. She and Jack have also delivered healthy lunches from Angie’s Little Food Shop to Imperial
College, London.
