Meghan Markle, 39, claimed it was Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, 39, who reduced her to tears and not the other way around ahead of her royal wedding to Prince Harry in 2018. Speaking to Oprah
Winfrey in a bombshell interview about her time as a senior royal, Meghan lifted the lid on the spat between the two Duchesses that took place in the lead-up to Meghan's big day. The
pre-wedding row had previously been reported by Tatler as Meghan having been the one to reduce Kate to tears, an allegation Meghan sought to turn around. Speaking to Oprah, the Duchess said:
“Everyone in the institution knew that didn’t happen." Asked what did go on by Oprah, Meghan responded: “What actually happened? The reverse." Meghan added: “I am not sharing this

According to Meghan, Kate "really hurt my feelings" but then later apologised. Meghan said she had wanted her sister-in-law to back decisions she had made in regards to the
wedding. The Duchess said: “She made me cry and it really hurt my feelings... I thought in the context of everything else going on in the days before the wedding, didn't it make sense
to do what everyone else was doing knowing what was going on with my dad and whatnot." Meghan conceded that Kate "apologised and I [had] forgiven her". As well a serious of
damaging accusations against the Royal Family, Meghan revealed several new details about her and Prince Harry's personal life. Among the bombshell revelations was the fact that Harry
and Meghan tied the knot three days prior to their official royal wedding. Meghan told Oprah: "I was thinking about it, you know our wedding—three days before our wedding, we got
