Prince Andrew’s sexual assault case could “overshadow” the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration as he has been given almost 9 months to prepare for his defence arguments and interviews. The
civil case could continue until the end for this year if the trial doesn’t settle. Her Majesty stripped Prince Andrew of his titles and distanced him from the Royal Family as it can steal
the spotlight of the most-awaited celebration. Christina Garibaldi, Royally Us podcast host said: “This ongoing sexual assault a trial that could be looming it seems like this, she kind of
had to do this and then they said that if the trial does not get settled then it could be set for either September or sometime between September and December of this year. "This is
definitely going to be dragged out for quite some time, he has to speak out by July 14, I believe it is so, we're going to be talking about this for kind of the next few months."
Christine Ross, Royally Us host, added: “It’s a shame that it does seem like this story isn't going to go away. "It is a cloud overshadowing the Jubilee and I don't think
it'll take away from the joy and excitement of the upcoming Queen’s Jubilee but it's definitely not going away, so I think having Andrew you know stripped of his titles, having him
step back was the right move to take him further from the spotlight and really kind of to distance the Royal Family from that image.” JUST IN: QUEEN 'MUST HAVE SEEN SITUATION'
WITH PRINCE ANDREW IS 'SO SERIOUS' Lawyer Mark Stephens expressed his concerns for Queen’s Jubilee to GB News, he said: "Prince Andrew was already reputationally toast before
today but judge Lewis Kaplan has now logged a judicial bomb into the heart of the Royal Family because he essentially said, 'I am not having anymore of these technical legal arguments,
you may be entitled to make them in law, this is going to trial.’ "And it will go to trial by the end of this year which means it will eventually going to eclipse the whole of the
Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.” He continued: "The Prince’s lawyers were completely outgunned on this. "David Boies for Virginia Giuffre’s is one of the better lawyers in the United
States, which makes him pretty good on the global stage. READ MORE: QUEEN TO CONSIDER 'NEW ACT OF PARLIAMENT' AS HARRY AND ANDREW EXIT SPARKS ROLE ROW Mr Jobson claimed: “I
