The 54-year-old blonde bombshell took a pitstop during one of her flying expeditions and visited some local firemen at Alderney airport earlier today. Carol took a moment to sit behind the
wheel in a fire engine and shared a photo with her 332,000 Twitter followers. Displaying her typically British sense of humour, the former Countdown host captioned the snap: "I like big
engines… Nee naw, Nee naw." She no doubt brightened up the emergency crew's day when she flew in for a visit after piloting her plane Milred. Dressed in a tight-fitting all-black
outfit which showed off her enviable hourglass figure, Carol threw her arms around the strapping men to pose for a picture. She said: "With the boys at Alderney Airport... Thanks for
the lift." It wasn't long before the former Loose Women panellist jetted off again, but quickly posed for another snap next to her beloved plane, looking effortlessly glamorous
with oversized dark sunglasses and windswept tousled locks. The snapshots went down a storm with Carol's fans, and she was flooded with compliments as usual. One said: "You need a
fire truck because you heat things up wherever you go." Another quipped: "Can you pick me up please?" Someone added: "Looking good have a safe trip." Meanwhile, the
gorgeous mother-of-two recently admitted that she is currently "heavier" than she wants to be after putting on some extra weight. Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, Carol said:
"I've probably put on about half a stone. So I'm a bit heavier than I want to be at the moment. "I don't vary much, but my range is about 10 pounds. I'm at
the upper end of it. So that's going to go."
