Aaron (played by Danny Miller) has been taking a backseat in recent weeks on Emmerdale, but the beloved character is going to be thrown back into the spotlight in the next few months. The

young Dingle man is going to feature in one of the ITV soap's special lockdown episodes, as bosses confirmed earlier this week some actors were back to filming the topical instalments.

Some of the dynamics might be a little different to how viewers are used to seeing characters interact, however, with Cain (Jeff Hordley) actually moving in with his nephew to reflect how

the British public has been living in recent months. However, will he tell the youngster a dark secret about the infamous clan's past? As viewers know, the Dingles are known for

harbouring some life-changing truths from their other family members. Last year, Cain discovered his mother Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) had been hiding the fact he had a long-lost son in

Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), the man who was sleeping with his wife, Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb). It was also revealed back in 2018 Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) had been abused as a

child and as a result, gave birth to son Ryan Stocks (James Moore). Over the years, Aaron has also got himself into some sticky situations which he hasn't told his loved ones about as

well as not telling them he was sexually assaulted by his father until it was almost too late. As the two men spend more time together in the lockdown together, however, will Chas

Dingle's (Lucy Pargeter) son discover there are other members of the clan he doesn't even know about? READ MORE: EMMERDALE SPOILERS: CAIN DINGLE IN SURPRISE NEW ROMANCE? With

confirmation of the return to filming being revealed on This Morning, Emmerdale writer Sharon Marshall, 48, explained what the characters involved would be going through. This included them

reflecting on what's important in their lives, as well as old feuds being brought up and wounds starting to heal over past grievances. With behind-the-scenes pictures being posted on

the soap's official Twitter account following the announcement of the scenes between Cain and Aaron, the actor for the latter teased fans of what's to come from this special

lockdown episode. Danny, 29, retweeted the images, telling his 324,400 followers: "WOW - it was so good to be back in Aaron’s house with his lodger." Taking to the social media

platform, there were assumptions from fans whether Cain's grandfather, Jebediah Dingle (Richard Mayes), might make an appearance in jest. However, longtime viewers will know the elder

Dingle passed away in 2002 after being reunited with his son Zak (Steve Halliwell). The pair had not seen each other in 60 years following a huge family row which led Aaron's

great-uncle to grow up without a father. On his deathbed, the former character told his child the clan were sitting on a fortune in Chile, South America. Zak was never able to find the

money-making plans his father had been talking about and Cain could go on to tell Aaron about the fortune they seemingly have. The men could discuss how after lockdown has ended, they will

venture abroad to try and complete the mission their loved ones haven't achieved. If so, this would mean the clan would have a huge amount of money on their hands and the father-of-four

might never have to get involved with dodgy dealings again. Will his nephew join him if this does transcend in the new episode, or will he decide it's a lost cause? _EMMERDALE
