Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins returned to Channel 4 for the third series on Sunday, and saw 12 daring famous faces try their hand at some of the gruelling tasks. Taking part was Ulrika
Jonsson, Kerry Katona, Alexandra Burke, Wes Nelson, James Cracknell, Shanaze Reade, Ore Oduba, Aled Davies, Vicky Pattison, Saira Khan, Kieron Dyer and Jake Quickenden. The first episode
kicked off with the group tackling what is known as the trainasium, which tests the contestants' abilities to carry out tasks at a height above ground level. The celebrities had to walk
from one cliff to another using two parallel bars joining the cliff edges. Kerry Katona, 40, had the extra pressure of going first, and soon broke down in tears. The group of famous faces
were told: "In the SAS, in the special forces, most of our operations are in mountainous or hilly terrain. “What you're going to see now is a perfect demonstration of how we cross
an obstacle." They watched as someone crossed the two cliffs flawlessly. Kerry had been doubting herself before she reached the top of the cliff though, and when she saw the task she
commented: "I can't go up there, I can't, I'm going to be mortified." READ MORE: MICHAEL PARKINSON BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS AS HE REFLECTS ON HIS CAREER "I just
can't do it," she repeated. One person instructed: "Use those bars in front of you to get a grip and just stand up. "There's no other way around it." Ant, 40,
screamed: "I'm going to come over there and push you off if you don't stand on your feet, do you understand me?" Kerry began to cry as she complained: "I can't,
I can't do it." She began to crawl back the way she came as an officer shouted: "That is a catastrophic fail!" "Yes sir," she replied. "I know." He
added: "F***ing fail." After failing to do the gas task, Kerry ended up being called in for a brutal chat later on. She confessed the shouting brought back painful memories of
abuse for her, as Ant said: "You can't change the past, you can change the future." He continued: "There's not many people out there who have had it as hard as
you've had it. "You've overcome so much in your life, now I want you to dig through this like you've overcome every other situation in your life, do you understand
me?" _CELEBRITY SAS: WHO DARES WINS CONTINUES ON SUNDAY AT 9PM ON CHANNEL 4._
