_WARNING: THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM NCIS. _ NCIS season 21 will be picking up from where it left off with fans finally finding out what happened with Nick Torres and Maurice Riva.
Since last year, CBS viewers have been patiently waiting for NCIS’ return following the cliffhanger which saw Agent Nick Torres (played by Wilmer Valderrama) pull out a gun. He had been
undercover in prison when he came across a familiar face in inmate Maurice Riva (Al Sapienza) who he was clearly not happy to see. The series 20 finale ended with Torres pointing a gun at
Maurice, ready to get his revenge for something he did years ago, by fatally shooting him. But would Torres really pull the trigger and risk losing his job as an NCIS agent? READ MORE: NCIS
SEASON 21 WILL RIVAL NETFLIX AND PRIME VIDEO AS STAR TEASES 'BINGE-WATCH' Going by his IMDb profile, Sapienza has plenty of work lined up to keep him busy following his stint on
NCIS. These include Once A Week For Life, Twin Blades, Gutshot, The Madness, Dying for Living and Dante’s Inferno. He is also going to be in the comedy crime drama Vito’s Way, which is
currently in production, alongside fellow The Sopranos actor Vincent Pastore. For now though, all eyes are on his character Maurice’s fate in NCIS, especially after a teaser suggesting his
demise. Ahead of season 21 making its debut, the network released a clip from the police procedural where Torres is being taken away in handcuffs. When Agent Alden Parker (Gary Cole)
questions what is happening, he receives paperwork which says his colleague was being arrested for murder. Torres doesn’t say anything to suggest he hadn’t just committed murder but did he
really murder Maurice in cold blood? _NCIS SEASON 21 PREMIERES ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, ON CBS._
