Well, it doesn’t matter now so can we leave it?” Actor Bertie Carve, who stars as Simon, hinted his character might not survive season two. "I'd have my balls cut off very quickly
by the producers if I told you anything," he teased to Radio Times. "It's frustrating not to be able to talk about the ending. "But, I think that what Mike does
