EXETER 3-2 CARLISLE (AGG 6-5) Exeter striker Ollie Watkins gave Grecians fans a farewell gift at St James’ Park with his double strike. But they needed an injury-time winner from fellow youngster Jack Stacey to seal their trip to Wembley.  Watkins is set to leave the Devon club this summer, with Southampton and a host of Championship clubs interested. And the EFL’s young player of the season showed what the fuss is all about when he gave Paul Tisdale’s team an early lead with a classic poacher’s effort. And Watkins underlined his potential in the 79th minute in stunning fashion when he bent the ball beyond the keeper from the right-hand side of the area. Substitute Jason Kennedy set up a nervy finale when he poked in a reply two minutes later – and sure enough, John O’Sullivan seemed to have taken the game into extra-time when he struck in the 91st minute. But up popped Stacey with his left-footer to win it. LUTON 3-3 BLACKPOOL (AGG 5-6) And Blackpool booked their place in the play-off final at Wembley with an equally dramatic injury-time winner. Keeper Stuart Moore was credited with an own goal after a clearance from Scott Cuthbert cannoned off him following a corner. Earlier a controversial Danny Hylton penalty had capped a stirring Luton comeback. Nathan Delfouneso had fired Blackpool ahead after Mark Cullen had set him up in the 22nd minute. Luton were handed a lifeline on 36 minutes when Alan Sheehan’s shot went in off Kelvin Mellor for an own goal. Sheehan turned provider in first-half stoppage time with the free-kick that Cuthbert headed in to make it 2-1 on the night. Hylton then struck from the spot after going down in the box as Ian Black challenged but it looked a terrible decision. Armand Gnanduillet made it 5-5 before the unlucky Moore’s own goal sealed it.
