McGregor reached out to his Irish compatriot Lynch on social media and offered some back up if she ever needs it. The Irish Lass Kicker has been taking the WWE Universe by storm in recent
months after her stunning character switch that has seen her adopting a meaner, tougher and more outspoken persona. Many have claimed that she has taken inspiration from McGregor as she has
been dominant in the ring and has also been mercilessly trolling her rivals on social media and TV promos. The Man, though, insists that she “channels no one” and that the only thing she has
in common with The Notorious is their nationality which has created a special bond between them. However, the two-time women’s champion claims that if the Dubliner got within two miles of
her she would end that relationship and then break his arm in just a few seconds. Lynch tweeted: “The Man channels no one. @TheNotoriousMMA & me are bonded as Irish brother & sister.
But if I ever got within 2 miles of him I’d break that bond, and his arm, in three short seconds. I’d be too tempting; he’d completely understand too. Proper12 after.” McGregor has been
outspoken about his opinion regarding WWE in the past as he described professional wrestlers as “messed up p*****s” two years ago. However, the MMA hero seems to be impressed with his fellow
countrywoman as he replied to her tweet and offered some back up if she ever needs it. He posted: “Call me when you need Proper back up.” Lynch appreciated the gesture and claimed she is
currently carrying two divisions the same way many argue McGregor has done as a former featherweight and lightweight champion. She also seemed keen to take him up on that offer at
WrestleMania 35 on April 7 at the MetLife Stadium in New York as she stated that the Big Apple is very beautiful during spring time. She tweeted: “Cheers, Conor. I’m carrying two divisions
at the moment, but you know exactly how that is. I hear New York is nice in the spring, though.” Lynch’s popularity reached even greater heights two weeks ago when she led a Smackdown
invasion on RAW and destroyed UFC Hall of Famer as well as RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey with the Dis-Arm-Her and three chair shots. The WWE Universe were also impressed with the
Smackdown superstar’s toughness and resilience as she continued fighting despite all the blood running down her face after suffering a broken nose and a concussion by Nia Jax.
