before grabbing two handguns and riding his bike to the Trestle Trail bridge over Little Lake Butte des Morts (BYOO'- deh-mohr) in Menasha. Valencia del Toro opened fire on the bridge,

killing Jonathan Stoffel and his 11-year-old daughter, Olivia, along with Adam Bentdahl. Del Toro then shot himself and died at a hospital. Menasha is about 30 miles south of Green Bay.
