AirBridge Cargo expands network to U.S.    AirBridge Cargo Airlines has begun service to its first location in North America with three flights per week to Chicago.    Russia's largest


scheduled cargo airline said it will operate the new route with a Boeing 747-400 from Moscow to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport via Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.      


AirBridge, a division of the Volga-Dnepr group, is the first all-cargo carrier with regular service between Russia and the United States.    Menzies Aviation and Swissport will handle ground
