Castaing named Le Havre port chief

The Port of Le Havre has appointed Laurent Castaing as its new executive director, after he received approval from the French government Monday.    Castaing was deputy managing director at

the Port of Nantes-St. Nazaire. He also has a background in the design of railcars and networks.
