CTSA raising currency fee again    Member lines of the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement will once again raise the currency adjustment surcharge they assess on shippers as of June


1.    The fee will increase to 10 percent. It's currently at 8 percent, but will rise to 9 percent on May 1. CTSA, whose lines provide service between Asia and Canada, reviews its
