   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 license applications and changes for review.    The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ASL

forwarder license applications from ATI Container Services, Miami (Claudia M. Hermo, president); B2B Global Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Won Bae Lee, president); CDS Air Freight, Dulles, Va.


(Philippe Pierson, vice president of ocean exports); friendship logistics, Springfield, Va. (Feras Hindi, member); Global Logistics New Jersey LLC, Rutherford, N.J. (Ohmoon Kwon, manager);


Han C. Kim, Los Angeles (Han C. Kim, sole proprietor); International Cargo Shipping, North Hollywood, Calif. (Hovannes “Leo” Bagdasarian, member); Knight Global Solutions, Chesterfield


Township, Mich. (Donald E. Finnerty, president); LOA, Inglewood, Calif. (Robin G. Djordjevic, president); and Talwin Transport Service, Doral, Fla. (Orestes G. Wrves, secretary).    The FMC
