Good360, a company that focuses on philanthropy efforts, opened its new national sorting and distribution center in Omaha, Neb. The nonprofit consolidated several warehouses where it
stores and sends product donations for thousands of charities into the new Omaha facility. Goods were previously stored in 12 cities in the United States and Canada. In January, Good360
began to finish the consolidation with support from The UPS Foundation and The Home Depot Foundation, focusing on streamlining its supply chain and reducing costs and delays in its logistics
management. Cargo Zone is credited with enabling Good360 to sort, pack, and ship donations from a single location. “Our consolidation has substantially cut down the time and resources
needed to support nonprofits that provide important safety net programs in communities across the country,” said Good360 Chief Operating Officer Kevin Hagan, in a statement.
