Wiltshire farmer David Hues on Galteemore Farm in Beckhampton said Expert oilseed rape yields were good and bad. One hundred and eighty hectares yielded an average of 3.25t/ha with the best
at over 4t/ha. Other fields yielded only 2.5t/ha which he said may have been due to disease on the lighter land. Mr Hues said Telar spring barley was going ok, but had gone very flat in the
