Well after a trip up the road from Carlisle yesterday here we are in Perth for the first day of the autumn bull sales. Taking a look round last night there are a few highlights among the

entries, but overall it would be fair to say the standard isn’t as high as in previous years and, like the Limousins at Carlisle the trade could be patchy. This morning sees the Angus males

and females come forward for judging and we’ll be bringing you full results and pictures later, so remember to check back later to see who’s taken red tickets. Later today the Angus will

sold, along with the Shorthorns, Herefords and Luings, while Limousin females will also come under the hammer.
