If you have a judgement and the defendant has not paid, this guidance explains how to apply for a:

third party debt order – an order of the court that freezes money that might otherwise


be paid to you after a judgement charging order – when the court places a ‘charge’ on the debtor’s property, such as a house or piece of land, of the amount you are owed
