Srinagar, July 1: National Conference has established a committee, led by senior party member and former Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather, to develop the party’s manifesto for the

upcoming assembly elections. Following approval from the appropriate authority, party general secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar today issued an official order regarding the formation of the
