Barry Ferguson has told Go Radio – as per the Record – that Rangers star Ryan Kent will be tempted with a move to Leeds United and if the Yorkshire side meet the Ibrox club’s valuation of
Kent, Rangers “will do business”. Kent, 25, has enjoyed a stunning four-year spell at Rangers. Joining the club initially on loan from Liverpool in 2018, he has clocked up a huge 174
appearances for the Gers. In that time, he has had a hand in 78 goals. A player strongly linked with Leeds during Marcelo Bielsa’s reign, Kent still continues to have admirers at Elland
Road. Reports from 90Min claim Kent has interest this summer from Leeds, Everton, Wolves and Fulham. Costing Rangers a fee of £7million (Record) when signed permanently in 2019, Kent is
likely to earn the Gers a profit if he is to go. However, his contract situation means he might not go for full price. Ferguson says Rangers will sell. “The Leeds thing keeps popping up. I’m
sure he wants to go back down and try himself in the Premier League. Rangers would love to keep him, but money talks. Every player has a price. If that price is met, Rangers will do

It would leave Leeds with Dan James, Jack Harrison and new signing Luis Sinisterra out wide. Crysencio Summerville is also shining at U23 level and he is likely to get more game time this
season. So, do Leeds need Kent even if Raphinha goes? Brenden Aaronson, another new signing, can also play out wide. It all depends on the price. If Leeds can get Kent for a figure below
£15million – which is below his true value, but a fair price given his contract – it is worth doing. Anything more, and Leeds should move on.
