Cranston Securities Co., formerly in Century City, has relocated its western regional headquarters downtown to the Wells Fargo Building, 444 S. Flower St.


The 26-year lease for 28,636 square feet of office space, valued at an aggregate sum exceeding $26 million, was negotiated by Cushman Realty Corp.
