I certainly do hope Esther Williams takes legal action against the Los Angeles Country Club. It may appear to be a trite matter to some, but this is a very serious issue for women because it

has always been one way to keep women down. Pants are more comfortable and easier to move around in. Also I’ve noticed I don’t catch colds anymore since wearing pants most of the time.

Pants are more practical. That is why men choose to wear them instead of skirts. So why can’t women? I don’t know why it is considered professional for men to wear pants, but unprofessional
