Traffic officials from Newport Beach and Costa Mesa will hold a meeting tonight to discuss a traffic study that addresses concerns of residents in the area bounded by Newport Boulevard, 19th
Street, Dover Drive and West Coast Highway. The yearlong study, conducted by traffic engineers in both cities, was prompted by residents concerned about the volume and speed of traffic
