Emmerdale fans think another return could be lined up on the ITV soap following an explosive week of episodes. Only recently, Lewis Barton turned up in the village as the long-lost
half-brother of Ross Barton. However, Lewis soon figure out the sinister truth about their shared mother Emma Barton. Earlier this week, after learning that Lewis is growing weed and needing
a solution to his aunty Moira Dingle's financial farm issues, Ross partnered up with Moira's brother Mackenzie Boyd to break into Lewis' house. During the break in, Mackenzie
was left open-mouthed to find a huge cannabis farm in the attic but struggled to steal all the stash. Meanwhile, at the same time, Lewis got a phone alert that there was an intruder in his
attic. Realising it was Mackenzie, Lewis grilled Ross for an explanation. After locking Mackenzie in his attic remotely, Lewis agreed to let him go on one condition... if Ross told him the
truth about how their mum died. Lewis managed to figure out the truth and how it was Moira who pushed Emma to her death back in 2017 and not her son, Adam Barton, who took the fall and went
on the run to protect his mother. The newcomer soon tore into Moira despite the farmer telling him about Emma's true sinister behaviour and cruel final moments before her death. Lewis
was firm in his belief that Emma deserves justice and he stated his intention to go to the police. Ross was quick to protect mother figure Moira, threatening Lewis that if he went to the
police, he would expose his weed operation. It remains to be seen what happens next but soap watchers think Moira's son, Adam, could return to the ITV soap amid the explosive drama. If
Adam, who was last seen in 2018, were to return, he could protect his mother from going to prison. It comes amid Robert Sugden's return after six years on Wednesday night to stop Aaron
Dingle's wedding to John Sugden. Soap watchers will recall that Adam and Aaron were best friends. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: "robert has come back to the village
for his husband so can we all agree that adam needs to come back to support his best friend!! #robron #emmerdale" while a different account put: "Now come on @emmerdale you really
have got to bring back @adamthomas21 for sure it’s only right bring back Adam #Emmerdale." Another viewer commented: "With all the Moira stuff atm and Lewis what if we got a
