Rachael Gill-Davis, known for her role as Gail Loman in the popular ITV soap Emmerdale, is reportedly set to leave the show. The actress first appeared on the soap in a brief guest role in
2019 as Ryan Stock's girlfriend and made a surprise return in 2023 for a more significant stint. However, after two years in the Dales, her time in the fictional village appears to be
drawing to a close. Reports suggest that six years after her debut, the actress will depart from the show, with insiders claiming that the decision was mutual and amicable. A source told The
Sun: "Rachael has loved her time on the show, but it's time to go. Bosses felt the character wasn't inspiring much story, and so it was all very amicable," They added,
"The door has been left open, but it's a definite goodbye for now. Rachael is looking forward to spreading her wings and showing off her talents on other shows." As she
